Objective
Within Corderoy there is a wealth of knowledge available to cover every form of building or engineering undertaking. To maintain and expand this knowledge is of foremost importance in the continuing development of the practice.
It is a principle of the organisation of Corderoy that each office in the United Kingdom is the responsibility of one of the partners with a resident associate or manager. Similarly overseas with Corderoy International, a director is responsible for each office with a local resident associate or manager. It is the policy of the firm that a partner or director is personally involved with every commission.
Despite all the changes that have taken place and the advances in technology, a prime function is to protect the interests of the client and the needs of the proposed project.
Our prime objective is to understand the needs and aspirations of our clients and to provide a high standard of service. Staff are given responsibility and every opportunity to advance their careers and to satisfy the standards required by their profession. There is within the practice a fully developed career structure.
The service to clients is constantly evolving. An example of this is the private finance initiative, where we are participating in many projects such as DBFO highway, rail, healthcare, prisons and education projects.
