Post Contract commercial Quantity Surveying Services - Designers costs had to be monitored, Compensation Events agreed and Final Account administered in the same way as for the Contractor. There was also an element of Pre Contract work for each station package in which a separate “Notice To Proceed” was prepared with a Target Cost which had to be signed by all parties prior to commencement of work.
